I was having the same problem with the ADR's I made a couple of weeks ago. Since I couldn't pull up anything except the ones I made for our first day, I called Disney Dining to see if my ADR's were OK. He could see my ADR for the confirmation number I gave him. It had the correct place/time/# of people. So I asked him why I was not able to pull them up online. He said it might have something to do with the glitches they were having with the system.
OK, but that wasn't good enough for me. I asked him to check the phone number associated with my ADR. Here is where our problem was. The ADR was associated with some phone number that turned out to be some Florida area code. I live in Texas and that number was not even close to mine.
I was able to pull up my ADR's with the other number but I didn't feel comforatable at all with the ADR's they made on the phone (the celebrations we included with some ADR's were messed up as well) so I made ressies online for everything (got everything within 5 minutes of my original ressies) and cancelled the phone ressies once I had new online ressies in place. Now all my ADR's show up online and I feel much better knowing I can look them up easily.
