I cant decide on a vacstion rental

I have spend weeks looking at vacation rentals for our Christmas trip and I've looked at so many I don't know which one to choose. I was looking based on price, then decided to look based on location, now it's about amenities, ugh I'm so confused on where to stay. I think I need help!!!!

How many bedrooms do you need and what are you doing besides DW?

We are looking for at least a 3 bdrm. We're not sure what else we're doing yet. Probably shopping, sightseeing, we like old town for an evening, maybe legoland too. Plans aren't quite set yet. We usually go with the flow while we're down there.

I'll be renting a villa/house for the second time in the Highgrove/Clermont area. We choose the location first - it's next to our daughter's apartment complex - and then go by the pricing of what is available for our dates. The owner offered a discounted price so we quickly accepted! It saved us almost $200 over the other quotes for properties with the exact same amenities.

Ask for at least 3-5 different property quotes to compare.
