I Can't Contact FLTOURS

If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.
I have tried to contact FLTours through both email and the 1-888 # they supply on the website. The email came back saying the email address doesn't exist and the phone # stated to check the number and dial again (I dialed the right number). Maybe it's because I am in Canada that the toll free # doesn't work. Does anyone have another contact number or email address? I see that they are still operating from the posts on this board.
If anyone knows... Please let me know.

Here are the questions I had....

Town Car vs Luxury Van (3 adults, a 5 year old, 4 pcs of mid size luggage, 4 carry-ons)?
Instead of a grocery stop - a stop at another store.. is it possible?
Is it still round trip if dropping off at one resort and picking up at another?

I would suggest a van. Yes, it would be considered a round trip. Your rate would be based on the farthest location (i.e. if you’re getting dropped off at Epcot resort wish to return from Magic Kingdom area resort or vice versa; your rate would be based on Magic Kingdom) To book such arrangements on line; you would plug in one of the resort in the form and tell us, in the special request box, that your return pick up be scheduled in from another resort. Yes, would also stop at other store for you as long as store is not out of the way. Hope that helps.

Andy, excuse me from breaking away from the orig. post but i do have a question in regards to reservations.;)

We are in the early stages of planning our next WDW trip in July of 2004. When do you suggest we make our reservations with you once we get our flight numbers and arrival time?:D

We always recommend you book your reservation just as soon as you obtain your itinerary. While the majority of our reservations has a life span of 30 to 60 days, we've already received reservations through the month of May, June, July and as far out as October 2004.

Andy, thanks for your info. We will make the res as soon as we get our itinerary. Should be within the next couple of weeks. We are looking forward to your services. We have used other companies on previous trips but have heard nothing but great reviews of your company from this forum which has persuaded us to go with you.:bounce:

I just made the Reservation for the Luxury Van AndyN... Thanks again. Didn't request any specific driver, I thought that if all the drivers are as helpful as you are we will be fine.

It looks like we'll be coming in the day after you. We also reserved a luxury van with FL Tours and are looking forward to using them from everything we have heard on these boards.
