I can't believe this (poor Ian :()

He's got a rash on his chest that looks like lyme disease After all he's been through the last week. I'm waiting for the doctor's office to call me back. I'm hoping they will see him tonight. I'm so worried that because of his spleen injury that this will be even worse than it could be Please keep him in your thoughts.

Poor kid. I am sure the doctor will see him tonight, or have you bring him to the ER, especially if you suspect Lyme.

Hope all goes well. Keep us informed. My ds just got over a rash that we found out was the shingles. So I hope its nothing serious and that he is on the road to recovery quickly. Best wishes to Ian .Think thoughts.

It's Lyme disease, but it looks like we caught it before it got bad. He's on antibiotics for 3 weeks. Even his doctor was shaking his head at this kid's bad luck.

I was actually thinking about that Just a quick weekend trip in the fall for the 2 of us. He missed out on going to Hershey Park last weekend, and can't go on his 8th grade trip to Six Flags either, so I'm leaning towards a Fall getaway for this boy!
