I am loving this pre-trippie. Too funny. I am so subscribing.
We (myself, DH, two married daughters, sans* husbands

and CUTEST grandson in the UNIVERSE) are taking our first trip to WDW together.
We (and by "we" I mean "me") are so excited "we" can hardly stand it!
Roger the polka-dotted (pron: polkie-dotted) ribbon thing and The South. But, just for purposes of clarity, it doesn't have to be polka dotted.
It just helps.
I, myself, can appreciate and savor a truly good ribbon section the way other people do art or wine. Truly, I don't get the art and wine thing (it's just pictures and alcohol, for pete's sake) but, now, ribbon...
Ribbon is special.
I agree about the matching shirt thing and Disney. Someone (and by "someone" I mean "not me") should conduct a study as to what causes this phenomenon.
In the meantime, I am passing my time until I get to take The World's Cutest Baby

to DisneyWorld by:
Number (a) Pretending I care that DH and DDs are coming along, too.
Letter (2) Making lists, crafting elaborate intineraries, complete with multi-media handicrafts and Uniform of the Day Orders.
Letter (2b) Ordering various matching shirts for everyone, which includes intensive grilling about who their favorite Disney character is, and why.
Number (3) Making jingle bell and red and green polkie dotted hair ribbons for my DDs and myself. Yes. Also, making jingle bell pom poms for our sneakers.
Hmmm. This aversion to in-laws is often a two way street, if you catch my drift. "We" (and by "we" I mean "me"--
usually--unless I've been drinking) are just
too kind,
too mature, and just too durn
evolved, dang it! to admit it.

sans means
without.
