I have been looking at the prices and I can afford the intimate ceremont but no custom stuff. Is anyone having an intimate ceremony at Disney and a reception somewhere else? Even if you have not but know of somewhere with reasonable prices please let me know. Thanks!

Also, how many ppl can you have for an intimate cermony?

intimates are for the bride and groom and up to 18 guests. they will not allow you to go over this limit.
most intimates go for some kind of meal/"reception" after the cake cutting, you can go to any restaurant (not park ones if you want to wear your dress).
we had our wedding meal at chef mickeys for a bit of fun, all you can eat for $25 ish!! we had a great time

We were originally planning an intimate wedding and trying to have a larger dessert party for Illuminations later that evening. That became a Huge problem, and I got the runaround from Disney about it, so eventually we switched to a custom wedding.

We are having and intimate in just under 3 weeks We have booked a table at Cinderellas Royal Table. I cant wear my gown but it will be worth it when I see the look on my girls faces when we get in there & besides I got to buy a second outfit

we're having a dinner at 1900 Park Fare so we can have pics with Cindy etc and still wear our outfits. Lots of couple choose to eat at O'hana's or Yachtsman steakhouse after an Intimate - you might want to see how much that would be?
