I can't add photos

I know this is no doubt covered somewhere but I can't work out how to add photos to my posts?!

I've set up a flickr account but still the photos don't show up in the posts...is there anything else I can do or am missing?

you basicly have to link to the photo using the img command

[ img ] url of the pic location [ / img ]

but don;t use spaces.
