Isn't the real problem with the Wonder the reports of so-so servers?
That concerned me. But having dinner ruined by “music” is another big concern.

Bummer. There are a lot of cool things to see here. Really.Oh trust me. It is NEVER.
I agree with your concerns about Tiana's. We are just off the Wonder and we had Tiana's for 3 evenings. We chose to skip one. IMO, that dining room has *always* been so loud it's difficult to carry on a conversation, even when it was Parrot Cay.
It probably doesn’t help that Princess and the Frog is my least favorite Disney film (even beyond The Little Mermaid - that one for the message that you have to change everything about who you are for love) - probably because the one time I visited New Orleans was probably the worst vacation of my life, so anything related to it is just EWW.
We’ll see what I end up doing - I would also love to be able to help the economy in the Eastern ports...but not thrilled with the port adventures offered, especially in San Juan. (Did the Rainforest and Waterfall one last time with a guide who was lacking a LOT of luster. Got “forted out” in Cuba last Christmas with a fort in every port. So, meh.) But on the flip side, not overly thrilled with the Grand Cayman ones either - NO sting rays for me.
I’ll figure it out soon.

They're both classic ships, so not much difference in terms of the onboard experience.
They're both Caribbean cruises.
So that just leaves the question of a 5 day or a 7 day cruise. The answer to that one is obvious...
Plus I think a Grans Slam would be really cool.
But the Wonder doesn't have the Aquadunk.
Non-issue. I don’t have a death wish, and tubular body slides always end with me face down trying not to swallow too much water.
I survived it last week despite dealing with a kid that started screaming and crying hysterically when she got up there and saw how high it was. Her parent had to come up and get her back down the stairs. Saw her a few minutes later down on deck still crying and being comforted by parents. It's intense, but you'd survive.
Not when I end up flipped onto my belly.
I saw many ending up that way, so it wouldn't just be you.
No. But I'm smart enough to avoid it.
Didn't go near it on the Magic this past year. Never felt deprived.
Oh one other point about it is that you can't get views like that anywhere else on the ship.
You're assuming my eyes would be open. They wouldn't.
Before you enter the pod they would. You get a good couple minutes to enjoy the view before you enter the drop pod.
Nope. Not even going near.
LOL I tried several times on my first trip. The second time I didn't even go up a single stair! Not for me.
