Well, it has been since March 31 that I have been trying to be healthier.
I got weighed this morning, I have lost 13 pounds! I started in a tight 22, and now my 18's are getting loose!
I don't miss white bread one bit, but I LOVE my 100% whole wheat english muffin with whole foods peanut butter! It's the best!
Ohh..and sugar free cool whip with strawberries and sugar free strawberry jello.
Darn, I may have to go shopping soon for new pants!
My face doesn't feel so puffy and I don't feel so "rolly polly"
The best thing I had my husband say, how good my skin looks!
