I can not post

I can not post to any board (except this one). I have not received a confirmation email and I have emailed for technical support for help twice with no response. Please help.

Do you have email that may have treated the confirmation email as junk mail?? It might be in your junk folder. Have a look....

I looked there first, but no such luck. I am even having trouble just logging on. I keep getting the "unregistered" screen.

It looks like your registration was completed successfully... Do you log into the site, and then get the "unregistered" message when you try to post?

If so, your login may be timing out before you submit the post. In your User Control Panel settings, under User Options, there's one setting called "Automatically login when you return to the site? (uses cookies)". If you select YES to this parameter, you shouldn't get logged out during your session.

Give it a try, and let us know if that works for you.

Now I can not even log on long to get to the User Control Panel. After I put my user name and password in a screen comes up and says I am logged in and then kicks me right back to the "unregistered" screen. I never get the chance to change my settings.

I changed the setting in your profile that remembers who you are- can you give it another shot?

This is a bit odd. One other thing I would do is clear your browser's cookies. In Internet Explorer, click on TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS, then DELETE COOKIES.

Let us know if that makes a difference...

I am having the same problem that she had! I have also sent two replys but have not received the e-mail that it said I would receive. Will you please check mine and see if you can figure out what is wrong? I really appreciate it! I can't wait to be able to join in discussions on other boards!

Two things you can check:

first- if you have a spam folder, check to see if our mail is being routed there.

second- take a look and be sure the email address you've provided in your profile is correct.

I'll keep an eye here to see if you can get activated now.

I appreciate you trying to help me. It is not a spam folder that is the problem b/c I don't have one. And I had actually registered as two different users with separate e-mail addresses just to see if that was the problem and it has not let me use either one. I hope you can help!

Well, I am now able to post. I just had not received the e-mail that I was supposed to receive in order to activate the account. I sent several e-mails about it and finally received a reply a while ago. I am now activated and able to participate in the forums. Thanks so much for your help!
