No doubt, I would choose BWI. It's very romantic, and there are lots of restaurants, shops, bars, clubs, nightlife, etc. Lots of adult type restaurants... Flying Fish, Yachtsman Steakhouse, Palio, Shula's, etc. You can pop into Jellyroll's for dualing pianos, get your groove on at Atlantic dance, catch a game at ESPN Club, boy I sound like an ad!

Strolling around the boardwalk at night is very romantic, walking over the bridge, etc, and you can walk over to the World Showcase for some drinks and fireworks.

My dh proposed to me while staying at the BWI back in 1998.

He rented the Breathless boat and proposed during Illumiations. What could be better than that??
We went and checked out the AKL when it first opened. Unless you are a die heard animal lover I can't see what would be fun to do there??

Unless you aren't really planning to leave the room at night! hee hee
