As some of you already know I am recieving treatment for breast cancer, and I went to see the oncologist yesterday.
He told me I need to have 20 sessions of radio-theraphy which will start in a couple of weeks and then my treatment will be finished apart from regular check-ups. He then asked me if I had any questions and I asked would I be able to go on holiday in september and he said
'OF COURSE YOU CAN!!':cool1:

What fantastic news! I am so pleased for you! SO when are you going to book then??:)

Oh great news :) let the planning commence.

Can I ask who your insurers are and if they have added to your premium, as we are wanting to take DMIL away in the future but at present she is undergoing treatment for breast cancer, so just thinking ahead.

Claire ;)

I didin't want to be the one to bring this up but my auntie had a mastectomy at Christmas and was told she couldn't get insurance for 12 months following her op. She's 70 so not sure if this went against her :confused3

Sending you lots of  for the treatment and even more pixiedust: for your forthcoming trip
