Talked to Disney IT today....the change to not seeing current UY when there are no points IS part of the upgrade. So, that is not a glitch.

Seeing all those contracts in my account when I go to book is an issue and it has to be esclated because it should not be that way. When I discussed the issue with some owners being able to borrow points from post 2019 resale contracts to book the resale resorts, she said that definitely should not be happening and is esclating that as well.

It is possible that whatever caused my old contracts to show up played a role in the system not recognizing the restrictions...which is why some frontline CMs wouldn't catch because they don't see the purchase date when booking....the system always blocked it out and didnt' allow the restricted contracts to be used.

So, if you have ghost contracts in your account that you don't recognize, I'd call and work your way to Disney IT so they can esclate it to be fixed.
Don’t get me wrong but why should I call DVC to have precious contracts removed? They are not posing an issue for me? Unless it negatively impacts me I would say that Disney needs to work it out.

The option to book RIV with resale contracts has now disappeared, so it appears they have fixed this.

Well not entirely.
They have removed the resale contract I got last year but not the resale contract I got 2-3 years ago. The last one was normally not eligible.
 
the site is not loading for me at all anymore. I can see the dropdown menu under MyDVC but ...nothing loads beyond that. their dev team must be working on it ...again.
 
I was trying to check if we could add on a few days to our upcoming trip. Just got the spinning blue circle of death, followed by Rex. This is getting really, really old. :sad2:
 
I still do not always get the booking page! I will be calling again!!

Earlier this morning, I saw something I wanted, but I got the Dwarves when I tried to book. Luckily, it was still available when I called.
 
Also I have not been able to access the booking page for days on end. This is ridiculous. Have they given an ETA on fixing this?
 
But it is! How am I supposed to review my points activity if it disappears off of manage points?

What I meant is that the IT CM said that was done on purpose….i expressed that I thought it was a stupid change and add concern that o the report to escalate getting my account fixed.
 
I’m still experiencing the lack of access to the booking page as well. It’s almost inconceivable to me that they haven’t solved this yet.
 
Be aware that a 7 month walk is less likely to be successful because anyone w/ home resort booking where you’re walking may have already blocked you or can block you at any point as you walk towards your preferred dates.
There will likely be movement as the 7 month window opens up for early Dec. and folks modify their existing reservations to move elsewhere - if you look at the availability charts linked above by @bluecruiser you’ll notice that the two biggest resorts - SSR & OKV - have very little availability at 11, 10, & 9 months for 2 br.s in early Dec., then things open up at 8, 7 & even 6 months before availability starts to disappear again.

Universal used to use facial scans to prevent sharing - not sure why the stopped? Or if it's intermittent?

I was seeing 0 points in my 2024 June UY and my total for 2025. Then I was seeing my full points for 2025 and 2026 even though it's not June 1st yet. Today I am back to seeing 2024/2025, which I think is the way it should be until my 2025 UY starts.

Good…maybe they got enough complaints that the change to remove once at 0 made no sense!

I have not gotten on today to check to see if any updates have happened.
 
For what it’s worth, DVC Chat told me to try this to access the booking page. Nothing they suggested worked.

If it gives challenges try logging into the website in the incognito window in Chrome, or sometimes the private browsing window in Safari may work, as maybe the website is looping you back to an old webpage.
Just click the 3 little dots in the upper right hand corner that look like Olaf snowman buttons, then select incognito window from the dropdown list.
Then use copy this link and login there https://disneyvacationclub.disney.go.com/
