Have you tried the usual suspect like clearing cache of the browser?
 
Rex is usually the admin financial representative. Dues, monthly payments, credit card on file issue. (?$?).

Yes…DH can’t book either, using his login information.
 
It's been hit or miss for me for the last few months, though it's been much worse since the last software update. Sometimes the availability tool works, sometimes it just gives me the blue spinning circle of death. Other times I hit Check Availability and it just locks up - no error message - it just does nothing. And the calendar disappears and it won't allow me to refresh and get it back without leaving the page entirely and starting over. Sometimes switching from Chrome to Safari works. Sometimes not. Sometimes clearing cache works. More often not :sad2: .

It's very frustrating. Thankfully I'm just stalking to try and switch from pool/garden to Boardwalk view on a reservation we already have, so I'm not being left out in the cold. If I was trying to book from scratch, that would be an entirely different level of frustration. I feel for anyone dealing with that right now. I will say my comments on the survey that often pops up are getting more and more colorful the longer this drags on. It's funny how that survey never seems to crash like the rest of the website - ya know?

So, we called, and hopefully, someone is looking into the problem. We were told to try later today.
 
It started working for me, but the booking page takes about a minute or longer to load. But if you just wait, it will pop up.

Yeah it’s been like that since the maintenance last week.
If they purposely implemented that delay to curb anything like walkers, bots or something else I don’t think it worked, but they did manage to curb members patience.

Based on the other thread, whatever they did has opened up a major glitch.
 
I just did a reservation this morning, but hearing about these glitches makes me think that perhaps I should check in a couple days and make sure my reservation doesn't disappear.
 
I believe six days ago was that point, the day following a sixteen-hour update that clearly did not work.
Yes, you’re right. Not to rant on and on, but though our points are definitely not an investment, they are a form of financial asset, to which they have severely limited our access. If a bank did this, the government would shut them down.

That’s exactly it. Since our dues are current, they are not meeting their legal obligation in allowing us to use our points to book during the permitted windows.
