In a little over 2 weeks it will officially be Autumn.

I have such mixed feelings about Fall. The colours of Fall are so beautiful, the smell of apples and baking pies so inviting, the cooler evenings bringing a more restful sleep, and yet, it makes me a little sad. Winter is on it's way, and it's so long.

Soon it will be time for flannel sheets and warm cardigans, Fall Fairs and Thanksgiving. I can feel it coming in the air.....

How do you feel about Autumn?

Get a leaf blower/sucker up'er thingy Amid!!

I like the crunch sounds they make underfoot!

I love Fall, right up to January. This fall can't come any to soon after the miserable summer. Don't get me wrong I love summer. I spent the whole summer walking out one door only to walk in another. Usually the heat doesn't bother me but this was the summer of drought and heat, heat and drought and can you believe it more heat and drought.

The fall sounds lovely to me right now.

Amid get a mulching mower with a bag.

I love my Toro mower. It grinds everything up and deposits it in a bag. Instead of raking I just mow and mulch.

I LOVE fall...the colors are just so breathtaking and relaxing. And I don't like hot weather so when the temps start getting about 70 during the day, with a great gentle breeze, and the nights are in the 50's with the same great gentle breeze.....aaaahhhhhhh....

It's almost as good as sheets dried out on the line!!!
