*GT assignments typically show up about 2 weeks out from your cruise. BUT, may not appear until you actually check in at the port.

BTW, VGT isn't a "category", it's a type of room. Verandah rooms fall into several different categories (4-7).

One note, just because it seems that all room in your type booking may be full, DCL will move people around when assigning rooms. You may get just what you booked, while someone else may get upgraded. Never can tell.

It is like Christmas morning all over again.
We always book verandah and have stayed in cabins all over the ship, but we favor the mid and forward areas most. Although, one time we did choose and aft cabin and it was fine.
I amjust so excited to be sailing again!

I should have clarified that there appears to be no more verandah cabins in any category available on the website. I understand that I am guaranteed a Verandah cabin at the minimum level of that type of cabin but could end up with an upgrade. Or the other people that booked VGT could end up with the upgrade. That is the fun I guess.
I am sure they are moving all the restricted rate folks around like chess pieces as I type. lol

Normally they set aside a certain amount of rooms for the VGT's. These rooms cannot be seen from the website. If there are no VGT or Verandah rooms left, they should be filling the rooms shortly. Enjoy your cruise.
