I booked our first trip!!

Woohoo! This is my first post and I've booked our first stay at WDW!!! Squee!

Hubby & I have both been to Disneyland before, both of us were born in SoCal. Our daughter is 4, and Disney World will be a first for all 3 of us! I AM SO EXCITED!

I booked the Port Orleans Riverside (the Royal room, garden view), we've got reservations at the Fantasia dinner, Akershus, the 1900 I don't know what where Cinderella and Prince Charming host... That's as far as I've gotten so far.

Sounds great! Never been to Port Orleans, but the pics look great! Fun pool. We loved Akershu's Last year and 1900 was dreamy. You are sure to have the beat time! Cindy hosts at Cinderella's Royal Table. It's at the castle. Takes 2 table service credits per person.

Well we can't book the Castle because it'll be under construction during our visit, which is a pretty big bummer, but I just hope my daughter doesn't remember that it's a thing. We'll take her again, I'm sure of it. She'll get to eat in the castle some day.

So exciting! I stayed at Port Orleans Riverside ages and ages ago.. it was so wonderful! I also grew up in So Cal and used to have annual passes to Disneyland.. now we live in Western NY and are going to WDW in February. There is nothing like experiencing the magic through your children's eyes! Your daughter will have a fantastic time (and I'm sure there will be another trip to do the castle breakfast)!

We did Port Orleans our first time and it was lovely. There is a lot of great info to be found on these boards, super helpful for planning. Our favorite perk was the relaxing boat ride to Downtown Disney. Just charming.

We just booked our second trip, we'll be at Art of Animation this time.
