I booked OKW, but....

Someone changed my reservation to BWV. I wanted OKW because it was less points and today I received my reservation notice for OKW, then my dh says here we got this one too, they changed me over to BWV without my permission to borrow points from next year and we really want to stay at OKW now what can I do?? I received my mail late tonight so I couldn't call on it right away...

don't know if it helps, but they have rooms similar ponts price as okw at bwv.

You need to use the points you borrowed and bank any extras if you may loose those.

Since YOU did not borrow the points (unless someone else on your account did it?) I would definitely call them tomorrow to see what is going on.

Again, assuming that no one on the account made the change, they should restore your OKW reservation and do a manual adjustment to "un-borrow" those points.

Noone on the account would have made any changes to this reservation. I'm the vacation planner. My husband does not like to talk on the phone one, plus he would never call on his own, trust me I would end up doing the talking for him!!! He would say here you talk!!!

Call them and explain the situation. I wouldn't get all worked up until you talk to them. Computer errors occur all the time!

There is probably someone out there who thinks they have a reservation at BWV and is waiting for that confirmation. Maybe the member screen didn't get reset after you called although if it is for the same time period it would be really a strange coincidence. Good luck getting it straightened out = they should definitely put those borrowed points back.
