Who will dance with me! only 486 days away.

I finally was able to call and book our ressie. But the wonderful CM was only able to book 10 nights on the cretificate I have. At first she had trouble booking the CR Tower MK View and after playing around for 1/2 hour with other dates and resorts, it finally popped up. She was a well seasoned CM and I had a very nice conversation with her during the time it took to book.

So now I need advice, do I call back in a week or so and try to get another night added? Or do I need to just make a seperate ressie for 1 night with AAA disc?

I am new to all things WDW, so I don't know about the extension on your ressie, but I'll be watching this thread. We haven't booked yet (still trying to make some decisions). I better do it soon, though!

I am so excited to go in Dec! There seem to be alot of great things to do that time of year. I hate that I have to wait 16 months though.

I booked so early b/c I have this certificate and I was afraid there would a limited # of rooms offered. But it is now done and I can have lots of time to save.

I'll dance as I just put a hold on a room at the WL for 12/1-12/10/06!!

Now I have to pay my deposit by the 12th-so that means we're really going again!!!!!

This is when I want to go back. I had no idea that anyone else was planning that far ahead, too! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I'll be able to go at that time.

We went in 12/04 and it was wonderful-we had great weather, little to no lines, etc.!!
I can't wait (only 16 months... )!

For those planning obsessed DISers, do you just book a room this far out? or book a package and hope for discounts? I need another room for DB and they only have AAA. Should we book it or wait?

WE booked Dec 2-9 at AKL for 2006. I did a package b/c the dining plan saves us money, then we got 30% off our room too. Right now we are up 1200 in savings.

I would book as soon as possible for your brother, esp if he wants to stay at the same hotel as you. Your brother may find it cheaper though to book through AAA, esp if you decide to do the dining plan b/c through AAA you can get the room discount with a package.

did you book the dining when you booked the room? Did you use the certificate also and call the special number? and what did they charge for the dining? I think I may call back and add it but I may wait and see what other offer come up.

FYI, the certificate I'm talking about is a result from the class action law suit settlement (Huber) from 2004.
