I would do both. Both pool views (main and quiet) have their fans, so having a specific "quiet pool view" notation on your reservation, will not hurt. When checking in, also mention it. You may have to wait for this view, but it is worth it, imo.
But I must add...if a Village Green view is available---definitely go for that!! Quiet pool views are very nice but the Village Green view villas are even nicer. Of course the % of Village Green view villas is very small compared to the # of quiet or main pool view villas.

I'm a little confused (probably since this is my first time staying at BWV-didn't pay close attention before). Are the garden views guaranteed separate from the pool views? I thought there were only 2 categories of preferred-Boardwalk and garden/pool. Now I'm wondering if there are 3-Boardwalk, garden, and pool. If I want preferred, but don't have a Boardwalk view, might I get either the garden or the pool view (their choice), or can I specifically guarantee one or the other?

Congrats....BWV is awesome but to have the BW view is fabulous. It's gorgeous.
