You will get documents from Disney. You won't get airline tickets because airlines really don't do that anymore. The documents that you receive are mostly for your mind ease...you don't need any of them to check in...just an ID and CC.
I will offer you this advice. I stopped booking my airfare through Disney after having issues with the flights both times I did it. My suggestion is to make sure that you monitor the actual airlines website regarding your flight. The last time I booked a flight through Disney 9 months before my trip. Well about 2 months later, I decided to look up my flight to see what the price was compared to what I had paid through Disney. Well, I look at the Delta website and sure enough...the flight Disney booked me on no longer existed. So I call Disney. They put me on hold. They come back and say "wow do you want a job here?" Disney wasn't even aware that the flight no longer existed. The bigger issue was the the other flight they had available was later in the day (and less money) than the original flight I had booked. I had to fight with CRO to get them to refund the difference. If I had not spotted this myself, they would have just switched my flight and I would have been out the extra money.
As far as your ME tags...you'll get those about 2-3 weeks before your trip.
