i am soooo happy

as you might know from my earlier rantings, dh is scheduled for a cardiac catherization friday. my older daughter is down here. she is a nurse and is getting copies of dh's tests to show to cardiologists at her hospital for a sort of second opinion.

younger daughter in cleveland and son in nh both offered to come down - younger daughter is coming january 9 anyway to run disney marathon. dh felt it would be difficult for them to come down and told them no. this morning dh said i'm going to call the kids - not because i want them but because you do. little bit of hiding there. anyway he called son on his cell phone and son said well i'm in connecticut. i am driving down.

i have such fear that kids may not have another chance to see their dad and anyway i want to hug my kids. i am soooo happy he is on his way.

when dh reached our daughter she said she was on another line confirming her flight reservations which she had already made. i'll have all of my chicks under one roof.

Family should be together at times like this if at all possible.. And how much you wanna bet your DH is secretly thrilled to pieces? "Well - your Mom needs you here.." Right! LOL
