I am soooo excited! Memory Makers

I just needed to share this with you all. A few months back, or more, I submitted a 2 page layout for a Family Tree page contest by Memory Makers. Ok, so I didn't win the contest, but I got a call from someone today at Memory Makers. She said they really liked my layout and they want to include it in a new scrapbook book coming out in September, called Family Tree Page Ideas for Scrapbookers. She'll be sending me the papers to fill out and I just have to mail it back with my original layout. I just wanted to tell everyone because I am so ready to burst right now!

Wow! How kewl and exciting is that?!?!?

I presume they send your original layout back to you? Especially for a family tree it would be awful to lose. Just as a precaution you may want to scan it first.

Just in case the post office, Fed Ex, etc. gets careless!

Thanks everyone. The book will be coming out in September of this year. When I send in my original pages, they'll send them back to me (eventually). I don't know how long they will hold on to them. I want to scan them before I send them out, but the whole page won't fit on the scanner and I don't know how do to that stitching thing. If I could figure that out I would post the layout to show you guys.

That is so cool . I was in the scrapbooking etc. mag. (just a letter) but wait until you see your name in print. there is just something about it. It's silly but you feel kindof important. I will get a copy and tell all I know that I know this person.
