I am so sick of always smelling like a burp cloth.
DS has always been a kid who would spit up after each bottle but in the last two months or so he stopped just spitting up immediately after the bottle. He usually waits about an hour and then spits up 3-4 times usually all over ME!
The doctor thinks he is fine (just spits up some and hopefully will outgrow in by the time he goes to college
) and we have made every formula change in the book and the only thing that is helping at all is the Alimentum formula which is costing us over $250/month.
I am so sick of smelling like a bottle of spoiled formula. I try to clean up the best I can but I don't own enough clothes to change everytime he spits up on me!
It usually doesn't do any good to change because the moment I give in and change is usually when he decides to go for the big one!
Can you tell that I have been spit up on quite a bit this morning and it is not even 8!!!
I got a portable steam cleaner to try to prevent more damage to my carpeting and furniture but it doesn't work real well on me!
Yes I love DS and I would not give him up for anything but I really, really, really wish he would stop spitting up so much.
Just had to get that out of my system....
Goofygirl....I will save you the time in posting to this thread. We all realize that this makes you glad that you don't have kids and have made the noble choice to remain childfree. I also realize that you think that I made the choice to "breed" and therefore I should have relinquished all rights to complain.
