I am so nervous!!!!!!!!!!!

I booked a package with AAA for the BC July 26- Aug.3. I have to have it paid in full 45 days out. I knew that when I booked it in Jan. But here is the kicker. I havent recieved my tax refund yet. I got a letter saying that we will get our refund but it could take up to 45 days more to receive it. I called the IRS. They said that they have received a lot of of this certain form this year and they are backed up. I dont know what to do? I'm afraid its not going to be here by May 26. I could just cancel the reservation but I don't know if they will have anything available as the date of our vacation gets closer. I dont know what to do. Thank you for letting me vent.

Wow, that is a bit of a problem. Could you possibly put it on a credit card at the last minute and pay it of when your tax return comes?

You can go to the IRS's website and enter your SS# and refund amount and it should tell you when it will be processed. Our's was accurate right up to th day it was mailed. We got our's pretty fast (within 2 weeks maybe), so hopefully it will get to you soon!

Well, if you've not received the money closer to when your payment is due, you can switch from a package to a room only then purchase your tickets seperately. I think the final room only payment is due 5 days ahead or when you check in. You would need to put down 1 night as a deposit, though.
