Thanks for your support. I know what you are saying about cutting off my nose to spite my face but I just feel sick about the thought of giving them any more of my money and think doing so would just put me in a bad mood on my trip and I wouldn't want that. I don't really even want to go there for the Monday night but we have paid for it now.

Would it be worth hanging on until the end of the month, to see if a flash sale comes up on your dates and you may be able to add an extra night at an onsite hotel?

Thanks guys. I feel a lot calmer now. I think it was the attitude of we could do this but don't want to that made me so angry.

I did think about waiting for an onsite sale but lots of places onsite and offsite are showing up as sold out so I was getting a bit nervous. I managed to book a room in the residhome for the Tuesday and have also changed our Eurotunnel booking for an extra £20 so we will now arrive Monday evening and leave a bit later on the Saturday too

Just think an extra day of vacation at DLP.......Good thoughts going your way!!! Haha tell them when you check in you told your entire travel party about the mix up and them not willing to budge and its such a shame that 20 people decided to book rooms elsewhere.....
