How many points is a 2bedroom at the Rehab? What kind of availability is there at 7 months. Do the restaurants take DDP?

The resale demand is so strong right now that the points are going for at least $5 less than direct, so get that discount! But the points are only good within the DVC Rehab collection, lol.
