I am really angry tonight!

If Obama wins I have to give more of my hard earned $$$ to the government! WHY? Why should I have to? Both Republicans and Dems have been the most fiscally irresponsible ****s I've seen in a long time! TAX TAX TAX....SPEND SPEND SPEND.

I've never been this passionate about an election. This is insane and unfair.

Spread the wealth!!??? Why? Why should I have to pay a higher tax rate when I am already paying more than others simply based on my income.

This is socialism in the making and it's really upsetting me.

Sorry you're so upset. I'm tired of sending my DH on deployments to support this war (he's gone over 200 days a year) and to continually have Afghanastan and Iraq hanging over our heads. (at a moment's notice he'd go for a year and travel base to base to counsel sailors) But that's another post, eh?

Only if you make over 250,000, and then you will only pay what you paid under clinton....i and my wife will be in that category, and are willing to make even that feeble sacrifice.....I am sorry you have convinced yourself differently

I used to watch Ron Paul's youtube videos. I liked him (for the most part LOL.) He's a true republican I think. But that's from the eyes of a democrat, so take it with a grain of salt!

It's our/your money! Do you have levers to just pull from when you need more cash? The government gets into a hole....raises taxes and is done with it. This is not just federal I am talking about, its state and local as well. No fiscal responsibility!

I agree that it is sick and I have been really po'd about it, but I decided that I can't let it bother me. We will just take another look at our finances and make some changes. Fortunately, we can just offset the tax increase we will get from Obama with our charitable contributions. Have you spoken to your accountant? There are several possibilities to lower your taxable income.

If Obama wins, I will just have faith that the American public will wake up by the next election.
