How the heck can I add a picture to my profile or signature?? I've been trying to add one for weeks, but when I do it it only shows a boxed question mark.. Am I missing something here?

get your picture on imageshack.us, then copy the link for thumbnail and put it in your sig like this...

put in front of it

then put on the end of it and it should work
