A friend of mine had very similar symptoms. Turned out she was severely anemic -- a heart attack waiting to happen (which is caused by anemia). The anemia caused poor circulation which also gave her that tingling feeling in her hands and feet at times. She ended up having a hysterectomy to prevent the monthly blood loss because her iron was so severely low. She's also been on medication for months. Her blood counts are finally getting closer to normal.

Whatever you have, you are smart to go see a doctor. Good luck!

I'm not trying to freak you out. I'm not a doctor or anything but from experience with number one on your symptoms list.

My sister had your number 1 and 2(not sure about the others I would have to talk to her) and she had them for about a month ..when she got so bad she got sick and loss her vision. She was taken to the ER where they did a cat scan and found a tumor on her brain.

I wouldn't mention this but my sister is only 27! She just had a baby 3 months ago at that time and she has never had serious health issues. The worse for her is the flu.

She went to the doctor before her ER visit and d/x. They thought it was thyroid too by her symptoms...

My sister has since had brain surgery ( the tumor was confirmed rare benign). It was the size of a golfball and was near the front part of the brain. She is now at home doing perfectly well. Its been almost a month since the surgery.
Like I said at the beginning I don't want to freak you out but I'm super paranoid about this stuff now...wouldn't hurt to get a ct scan.

I can't say much about your other symptoms, but I have been told by the people at my gym that toes tingling on the elipticle is normal, I know that mine do.
