I want to take my digital photos and turn them into note cards. Here is what I would like to do:
Use my photos, edit them such as black and white with a small splash of color (like a door in the picture, a hat, a single flower), print them onto paper like the kind that looks torn on the edges, and finally turn them into notecards. Does this make sense??

Anyway, any program or paper suggestions would be great. I need something simple since I will have very limited time during the nearing school year and I am not too computer savvy!!

I think PhotoShop elements can handle this task. It's not too expensive either.
