I am just new to the W.I.S.H. so I am sorry if I am just repeating some things that have been said before. But, also I need some time to vent and ask for some help. My new commitment to eat better and be better is hard, so please if you have an advice for me it would be so appreciated.

Let me give a little history...
About a month and a half ago I found out from visiting with a doctor and having my first physical in about three years that I had 3 options. 1. Have surgery 2. Lose weight naturally or 3. Die at 30 years old. I knew from being obese my whole life and just losing my parents almost 3 years ago with the same problems I had to do something. Thankfully this time, I was ready to commit myself to a new eating plan and start exercising.

So, my doctor set me with a nutritionist and we sat and made a plan for me to stick to. I was not about to go the surgery road (no offense, it is not for me) and so she put me on a very rigid eating plan. I am to eat heart healthy diet. (High fiber, low salt, no red meat) Also, I do water aerobics 3 times a week for my exercise.

I am thankful to say that I followed it really well for the last 4 weeks. I even cut out soda and when I had dessert (only twice in the last 4 weeks)

Well, that is good and all but this last week was not a good one for me!

I am not trying to just fill space and have a pity party, but I really need help.
