I've had it with the way I eat and eat and eat. I really need some accountability! I am already a good exerciser, but I must start eating healthier.... so I'm putting myself out here to ask if I can join with all you WISHers.
I think I'm so frustrated because I usually start a good eating plan in the spring and usually lose some weight as a result. This year I'm not sure what my hold up has been....It is already May and I'm up 5 pounds and bathing suit season is right around the corner!
I've read some of your posts where you are going shopping for smaller sizes and I have to admit I am so envious
I'm usually there by now and I feel so icky about myself.

Whew...those cravings when it's that TOM, ugh! I also do an unofficial WW. I don't attend the meetings anymore, but I have all the info from my prior post-baby weightloss through WW plan. I need to concentrate on being faithful to my points for the day. Invariably I go over by 2-3 points, which really adds up. I'm only allowed 20 points and I do not lose if I go over 20 at all. I'm actually wondering if I'll even lose at 20 points
