Normally we rent a car, but it was just so expensive for our 10 day trip. We will be arriving tomorrow night LATE.

Here are my worries...

We land at 11:30 pm...I was already planning on getting our luggage ourselves since it is so late. I was not even going to use the yellow luggage tags....am I right to do this??

I was looking in my booklet I received a few weeks ago with tags and vouchers and noticed there is nothing for the return trip. Is this something I receive when I check in? We are splitting our stay and arrive at WLV and will be leaving WDW from Boardwalk. It does say in the booklet departing on 7/15 and lists our flight with Southwest, but there are no transporation vouchers like there are for the arrival trip.

When we check out at Boardwalk on our last day, I am guessing Bell Services holds our luggage, how early do we leave for the airport?

Thanks for any info and easing my mind here. Nothing like waiting until the final hours before we leave to start thinking about all of this. :guilty: :guilty:

You don't need the yellow luggage tags for the return trip since you will get the regular airport luggage tags when your bags are checked. If you are going to pick up your own luggage before you get on ME then don't put the yellow tags on your bags. When they see the yellow tags, they take that luggage off the plane and it never goes to the baggage claim area, just with the other ME luggage. The vouchers that are in your ME booklet are used for both trips. After we got to the ME line upon arrival, we were told to save that booklet because we would need those vouchers for our return trip. On the return trip, they took the vouchers out of the booklet.

And even if you LOST your return vouchers it doesn't matter. When you arrive at MCo and check in at the DME Welcome Center, they'll give you all the info and paperwork for your return trip (that you'll be taking 10 days later) that you'll need. On the morning on the day before your departure, you'll get your DME pick-up info -- expect it to be around 3 hours prior to your flight time.

DME is great. Relax and have a great time!

So on your vouchers did it say only the date you were ARRIVING because ours only say 7/5, nothing about 7/15 when we leave.

Thanks about the tags, I just wanted to be sure that we were supposed to get our luggage ourselves because of late arrival vs. having them delivered right to the resort.

Okay, thats great. Makes me feel MUCH better that I did not lose our return info. :guilty:

Thanks again!! :)

They Barcode you in with that voucher so once your in it's easy for the return trip.

Last week only 3 of the 5 of us used ME .The CM just told me if us other 2 decided to ride it back give a call and they would manually put us in for the return.

Me is really nice and nothing to worry yourself over they have it down packed now with little problems.

If you have a cell phone I would add ME and the main ADR numbers in so you can use them if you need them without finding them.

I made a few ADR's right in the park after being told nothing was avail .It was nice to just dail it and not have to fine or ask for it.

Make sure you have the bus time back to the airport (about 3 hours before flight time) reserved in writing and have the return trip vouchers for each person by the day before checkout. Usually these are hung on your room door the day before if you don't already have them.

You can make changes Zt the resortvery easily up to the day before checkout.

We just got a paper with the ME pick up time hung on our door the day before we left and this was 2 weeks ago. The only vouchers we ever got were the ones sent to us with the ME info before we left. Our yellow luggage tags only had our arrival day on them.
