charging people who waste my time! All day I have been going behind people who clearly cannot find their way out of a wet paper bag. I have not decided what I am going to charge an hour yet. So give me some ideas. My DH's employer, the lady who takes care of the insurance is a nitwit. Every year when she updates the insurance info, she submits that everybody has other primary insurance
