just got an email from the school, I got picked out of 60+ parents who signed up to fill the 20 spots!!!

I've never been to camp in my whole life, so this will be a fun adventure for both Megan and I!!! crazy but fun!!

actually they gave us a list of things to bring and not bring!
and any kinds of meds including OTC have to be held by the camp nurse, I guess they don't want to have any problems with the kids getting into the adults stuff

When is camp? If you are winter camping, you (a) are a stronger lass than I, and (b) will need some good long johns.

I am sure you and Megan will have fun, after all it ain't camping if you don't have s'mores, and those alone will make it all worth while.

no, camp is in May....it still could feel like winter though depending on the weather "summer" usually doesn't start until August here!
we will be in cabins with sleeping bags, but no electricity in them, has shower/bath houses so not totaling roughing it.

oopps I meant June, not May....I guess they moved it back a couple of weeks because the last two years it poured down rain all three days!

I'm not a roughing it kind of girl, only tent camped a couple times in my life, my parents had a trailer that we used until I was 16 when they bought into a camp vacation thing (kind of like thous trails) I am looking forward to the experience with Megan (she will be in a different cabin, but we will be able to do the activities with our own kids!
