I have never tried this.I got with my butcher,they are hard to come bye anymore,and he is gonna debone A 20lbs turckey,8lbs duck and A 5lbs chicken.So I'm trying to bake A turducken.Never had it much less ever cooked one.Has anyone done this?How good is it?
Any info please.Is it worth the work?Please let me know.
 
You might want to ask him to put a layer of sausagemeat stuffing in between - otherwise bates frequently and do all the other tricks to keep it moist. My friends cooked one once, and it was a bit dry (although maybe they just cooked it badly;)).

I believe Paula's recipe calls for a sausage stuffing inside each bird. Looks yummy, but sure is complicated
