I am getting a BIG REFUND!

Last August I booked my Royal Caribbean Cruise for two Q Guarantee cabins at a rate of $739 PP. When the final payment was due, the rate had dropped to $680 PP. When the docs arrived, I had been upgraded to 2 N category cabins, 2 doors apart. I have watching the rates drop. Today I called my TA who called RCI. I am getting a refund of $880!!! The rate is now $460 PP. I am THRILLED.
