I am confused about aph hotel rates?

We have the preferred annual passes specificaly for the onsite hotel discounts. I am trying to book for late May of 2008 but no aph rates are showing up. When do they show up? The passes are such a waste for us since we got the 2yr passes but can't afford to go more than probably twice. When do they show the aph rates for may of 2008. Also we have on individual that doesn't have a pass and i was thinking of getting him the special that's something like $80. something dollars. We need two worms and one of our daughters with a annual pass can get the rate. What do we do?

The 2008 rates are not in the system yet. The rooms mgr at PBH told me the rooms at least should be in the system sometime this month.

With APH, you also need to keep an eye out. Many times the APH rates go down as your trip nears. Also, log into the APH holders website. It will tell you through when APH rates are available. I believe the good rates are only through October right now.

Book at rack rate and then keep a watch out for the APH rates.
