I am bankrupt!

Brilliant!
I will pass that knowledge onto my twin mum friends tomorrow and twin club!
I have a girl and boy pair, so can't get away with it!

Got any tips for twin travel?

Depends on how old they are.
TAMBA forum is very helpful for this; If appropriate I would recommend sitting down and chatting your holiday through with them and what is to be expected.
If they are young enough to sit in a stroller, a double stroller for me is a must as it allows you to carry all your stuff and is also a useful tool for cutting through the crowds. I used to count how many heals I could take out in one shopping trip.

DH worked out that is 52 Turkey legs $5.75 each in the Magic Kingdom! one of his favourites! ha ha ha ha ha :rotfl2:

:lmao: That's the kind of thing that my DH would say! It is awful what they charge though isn't it.

i just had to get Isabelle one, honestly how young will she look in it wont even recognise her next year!, cmplete rip off too, and had to pay 8.95 for pics as its so hard to get baby ones ok looking.
luckily our renewals are spaced out to one a year other than jamies and jessicas otherwise 7 passports at once ....ouch.

My DD's was taken at 6 weeks old and it needs renewing this summer. How on earth can this identify her. I could take any girl aged 4 with me:rotfl2::rotfl2:. The whole process for babies is crazy. They should only last 1 year and be very cheap so that they can be renewed yearly.

I too had to replace my daughters' passports and, like you, I have twins. Mine are identical twins and I saved myself a couple of quid by only getting one photograph done of one of the girls and sending it off for both.
A friend of mine who has identical triplets does the same. :woohoo:

My DH and is brother still do this as they are identical

Passports are sooo expensive

i agree or have spaces to update the pictures yearly by the post office or similar so you can see its still the same child.

I heard a snippet of a radio programme the other day where an immigration official spoke about photos. He said he doesn't look at the face as a whole but at things like earshape and at eyes - he said it is possible to match photos of very young babies to the older children that they become. I wish I'd heard the whole programme.
