Short answer: you can't. Anyone posting points for rent must buy a plan.
However, you said you bought a plan yesterday morning and I see it says "DVC Gold" on your profile:

So you should be able to post a rental thread. I believe it has to be approved but it will as soon as a moderator gets to it.
