I am at my wit's end with AirTran

I've been trying all afternoon to book flights on AirTran's website but it won't take my postal code. Has anyone else run into this problem? Calling the airline directly didn't help either. They've been flooded with calls due to the weather and aren't taking any calls. Help!

I used 90210, I know others have used the zipcode for the buffalo airport. Just put something in, It doesnt seem to really matter.
