Really. Yesterday we noticed a burnt smell coming from the toaster after DH toasted an english muffin. There was a large burnt piece of muffin stuck inside. My kitchen cabinet and kitchen smelled like burnt enish muffin.Last night DH decided to make french fries. He had to do it onthe stove with my big pan becausebthe deep fryer is missing. He had the flame so high, the handle started to smell like burning! I ended up cleaning the cabinets with white vineagar and baking soda. I put vinegar in a bowl and lett it sit. This morning it still smells so I boiled water, cinnnmon and vanilla extract. I filled the pan and let it simmer. I go in the family room to do some bills when I smell something burning. Yep my pan was burning on the inside so now my kitchen smells like burnt cinnamon too. I have all my windows open and a fan on so I hope my house can get to smelling normal and I dont set it on fire.

Yup, had to throw out my 16 year old workhorse microwave for that. That smell was never coming out.
