I actually had today off and volunteered to come in!

After being unemployed for over a year having a day off is not my idea of a GOOD THING!

I have never had a Good Friday off in broadcasting. I was so pleased to see that my new company DID have it as a holiday but I volunteered to man the front desk. The regular receptionist/concierge wanted that day off anyway and I just LOVE being there.

Mostly I'll be greeting guests and dealing with the residents who have all become my new family! They're all healthy bustling seniors with outstanding attitudes and I just love being around them. It is so nice to actually NOT look forward to the weekend!

Oh, and yes, HAPPY GOOD FRIDAY!!
