Wondering how I-75 looks these days with all these hurricanes.

Restaurants and gas stations open along the way down to WDW?

Will it take longer to get down? I read so many areas still don't have power.

Wow, Ivan go away! I just don't really know how much the poor state can take! :(

Bumping this up because I too would like to know about I-75. My boyfriend and I leave on Sunday and will be there on Monday. The one thing that I'm really worried about is the gas supply, not that a hurricane isn't something to worry about.

I spoke to friends of mine & if you plan on going on it now (this weekend) the traffic is bad.. near Sarasota, moving at 15 miles an hour & last night a 2 hour ride took 7 hours (daughter's friends were evacuating from Cape Coral) I am wondering how the road are from I-75 to I-4 to I-95... that is the route I want to take to evacuate from here...if anyone has info on that ...please post or pm me...thanks....

Here in Lowndes county, there doesn't seem to be a gas shortage. Gas is averaging mid 1.60's and upwards. Traffic didnt look that bad out there today. We live right off exit 5.

How is I-95S?! We will be traveling Sunday morning from GA...
