Our trips will be overlapping...we are going May 1 - May 8 and staying at WL. We are also eating at many of the same places, but on different days. I guess great minds think alike.

And a funny story...I was discussing some touring things with my mom, and she looked at me and said, "We are going to have some time to go slow, look around, and just relax, right? Because I kind of have you pictured in a visor with a clipboard, a stopwatch, and a whistle yelling, 'Let's move it, move it, MOVE IT!" I told her no, I have a basic plan in mind but we won't be on a complete time crunch or anything...and we can deviate from the plan if we want to!!! I guess I should leave my whistle at home!

I totally pictured my high school softball coach.
I find that a cattle prod gets people moving faster than a whistle.

This is the way I see it, if you have a well thought out plan, then you don't have to think, argue, or wonder aimlessly around the parks once you get there. Having a plan means I can just relax and enjoy time with my family. If we stray from the plan, so what, but at least it's there to provide guidance.

Phew, finally made it over here. Great report so far. We'll be there at the beginning of May too. One thing that I wouldn't skip is One Man's Dream, I love it. I don't know if I'll ever go see TGMR again, we had the same gangster CM two years in a row and he was just boring, he went through the whole thing with no emotion. Just a bad experience and we probably will avoid it from now on.

So glad our trips are so soon! I can't wait! It will be great to meet everyone in Mexico on the 5th.

I think I read somewhere that you should fax or call again with your request about 9 or 10 days before your arrival, just to make sure they have it on file. I also read that you should list your requests in order of importance.

First of all, I wanted to share some of our Easter pics. We had a great day! Easter egg hunt and breakfast at my sister's in the morning, and Easter egg hunt and dinner at my aunt's in the afternoon. Bella got WAY too much candy that I have been trying unsuccessfully to resist eating.

Now, onto a Disney update. My nephew, Gage (18 years old), found out that he is not going with us. We had taken him off at 46 days out just in case, figuring it would be easier to re-add him then to have to pay if he didn't come. He has finals the following week and regionals for golf, and has just decided that it is in his best interest to stay home.

My question is: Do I have to call all of our dining reservations to take him off or if we just show up with 7 instead of 8 is that ok? I am specifically thinking of CRT and the F! package since they are held with a CC. We will still be using the ressies, it will just be one less person. Is this a big issue?

I don't think that showing up for your ADRs with one less person is going to make a difference, I mean they will still seat 7 people at a table for 8 right? You may want to call and ask about the CC guaranteed ones though, I'd hate for you to get charged an extra fee.
