Hypothetical DME scenario

I will be staying at a WDW resort and would like to use DME as I have in the past. Hypothetically, if my flight were scheduled to arrive late at night at MCO, could I stay at the Hyatt in the airport (or even nearby offsite, I suppose) and take DME to my WDW resort the next morning? I assume that in that scenario I'd have to handle my own bags instead of tagging them for DME.

(I skimmed through the stickies about DME but didn't see this particular question addressed. Hopefully I didn't overlook it.)

Thanks! :)

Yep, you can do that. Give them flt info which matches up when you want to be picked up. And yes, you'll have to take care of your own bags.

You don't have to give them a hypothetical arriving flight, just tell the CM your flight info is pending. Hyatt bell services will take your luggage over to the DME luggage area.

We are doing this exact thing. Should we put the Disney luggage tags on our luggage when we drop them with the hyatt bellman?

That's good to know! The less I have to schlep my bags around, the better I like it. ;)
