With 6 quality resorts in that immediate area already, it seems like they should be thinking about more entertainment/dining options for the guest rooms that are already built around the lake.

Im new to the Boardwalk so Im sure many many others will disagree but I will take it! I would hope that they can still somehow stick within a cute Boardwalk theme on the exterior.

I think a Tower at Boardwalk would sell well after Riviera sells out.

Only if it that starts a re-imagineering of the entire boardwalk. It's an area having a identity crisis, I'm not sure a giant tower will help.

It would sell well now even with Riviera in active sales. Heck if a tower on crescent lake opened for sales today I think it might sell out before Riviera does lol.

ETA: I would likely sell my BWV points immediately and buy direct. But I would have to see the point charts first

Ooo, indoor dining, with indoor (or at least covered) access from existing BWV, would be a winner! No more getting wet when going to eat when it’s raining.

And fireworks viewing from up top, too.

Just about any new resort would likely sell well on crescent lake. Great atmosphere and walking distance to 2 parks.

Lots of people look at and consider buying BWV or BCV but shy away due to the expiration. A new resort with a 50 year expiration would do great

I think it would be a terrible idea to put a tower on the Boardwalk.

My DD inlaw and DS would love to see a tower. They are younger and cannot justify the cost to add on at BWV due to the 2042 expiration date but a tower with an extended experation date would be gold to them.

Years ago DH and I stayed at BWV for a 10 day stay and I thought he would love it since EPcot is his favorite park but alas he said he would "take it if we can't get more VGF points." So we added on at VGF instead. I don't think a tower would change that for him.

I don’t think there’s enough square footage there for a tower building. Also, it’s already chaos to find a parking spot just with the BWV and BWI we have.
