Food and beverage executives from all Disney parks and properties are having a convention at WDW and you have been asked to plan one day for them that showcases what makes WDW dining unique. Pick a breakfast, lunch, snack, and diner schedule. Remember that these are all culinary experts used to dining at the likes of Victoria and Alberts, so try to find them something outside the box to thrill them.

This is a tough one.

Breakfast I could go with something like Kona, or Boma. Both are unique but one is a buffet with an African flare.

Lunch- The Boathouse

Dinner- Chefs de France or Biergarten, both fun and authentic.

Snack might be the hardest one, No Way Jose, or german pretzel (better than just a mickey pretzel).

Breakfast: Cinderella's royal table - food is good and only Disney Castle you can eat in (I believe)
Lunch: Sanaa - great menu and you can watch the animals while you eat
Snack: Dole Whip Float (or perhaps the Dole Whip with rum at AK)
Dinner: California Grill (very good food and watch Wishes)

I take a different approach...

Breakfast - Hollywood & Vine

Lunch - Coral Reef

Dinner - Tony's Town Square

I'm sending the executives to the worst places to show them where improvement is needed.

Snacks are tough. Maybe I'll just let them have Dole Whip.

You can eat inside Shanghai's castle. I'm not sure if you can eat inside Tokyo's or not. That castle is basically the same as MK.

Loving the answers, and the continually creative questions...... :)

I would want to showcase the highs and the lows.

Breakfast at Garden Grill; I consider this the best and most consistent AYCTE or buffet with fantastic character interaction. I recommend to everyone hoping it doesn't go away due to lack of interest but getting an ADR here isn't even needed at this point unless you want to get into the park early.

Coral Reef; Since we are in Epcot, let these executives see just how bad the food and service here is. Even if the staff knows the big bosses are coming I doubt they could pull off an acceptable meal.

Starring Rolls; let them see that a snack can be good without putting ears on it and covering it with too many flavors and pretty makeup. Carrot cake cookies for everyone :).

Hoop Dee Do; There isn't a better example of Disney quality, even over it's decades long run. To make it better they could rest on it being a good show and serve crappy food, yet the fried chicken is often named as some of the best WDW has to offer.

seeing other answers I answered my own question so now I just need to think about what I would do and will be back shortly.

Great call with Hoop Dee Doo (and I did find the chicken to be really good) ... if nothing else you can get them liquored up on the all-inclusive beer, wine, and sangria

I've got very little to offer here.

We don't eat breakfast on property - ever.

We exclusively eat counter service for lunch an dinner, but I think WDW offers some excellent CS options. So I'd suggest Sunshine Seasons and Landscape Of Flavors.

For snack, I'd head to Les Hales Boulangerie & Patisserie in France. The raspberry and lemon macaron is to die for.
