Parade or fireworks?

I know it's not really a hypothetical question, but I kind of painted myself in a corner with this title thing, and I get to be lazy because it's Saturday and I have football to watch. If any of the 7 people who actually read these feel cheated I promise to refund you by mailing you a cupcake as soon as my wife makes some.

In general, Fireworks .... unless that parade can be Paint the Night - then be Paint the Night

Parade if it's Festival of Fantasy or MSEP.
Fireworks if it's Star Wars Galactic Spectacular

I can't really answer this one, my mood at the time is the biggest factor on what I do at night. It also depends on the circumstance like am I having to pick parade over fireworks because I won't be in my spot to see the fireworks but I will still be able to witness them from somewhere else? Is it a new parade i've never seen or is it one that's in the way because I've seen it too much?

in general it's probably going to be fireworks over parade but not always.

Depends on what it is. Illuminations of course. Festival of fantasy of course. I don't have to watch wishes every time.

In general, I 'll agree with Cindy (neither - take advantage of shorter lines!), but it really depends on my mood.

Great questions you keep coming up, with, @pjweaver !!

Neither. Take advantage of short lines.
Have you seen the Star Wars show at DHS? Typically, I'm not a big fireworks fan but that show is phenomenal. It's really more of a multimedia show that happens to include some fireworks so not a pure fireworks show like Wishes but it's definitely something we will camp out to see again.

Even though not a SW fan, I might be interested in at least seeing this. I know I LOVE Fantasmic! (but that's mostly 'cause of Sorcerer Mickey) :)

We're not big SW fans either but it doesn't really matter. I mean it helps if you know the general story and recognize the main characters but beyond that it's just pure Disney magic.

Saw part of it, lost interest, went to Toy Story.

ETA: I'm not a fireworks person. I don't like them. I don't like the sound or the smell.

Fireworks because the parades block the thoroughfares more, but parade because I don't enjoy the smoke or noise of the fireworks

So I guess I'm in the neither - take advantage of shorter lines camp :)

@Aerin75 - You, me, and @NeuroCindy ridin' the rides like maniacs together, while everybody else is doing fireworks and/or parades - I can DIG it! :) :)

For all those who don't like the loud bangs or the smell of fireworks, have you ever tried watching Wish's from the beach at the Poly?
